To Make A Payment:

You may pay your 2024 Homeowner's Assessments which have been lowered to $360.00 annually online via PayPal by submitting your information into the form and using the choices for the new lower amount selections for the 2024 Assessments

Please note:  When Selecting Other Amount,  PayPal will deduct a Fee of 3.49% + $0.49 of the amount you are sending. We highly recommend using an online PayPal reverse fee calculator to determine the amount that will be applied to your account. For Example Sending $100 would net $96.02 on your account, while sending $104.12 would net $100
